Also holding a Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony in conjunction with the Diamond Wedding Anniversary of His Majesty and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri was the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association, PPNBD.

The ceremony began with the Mass Fardu Maghrib Prayer, followed by the Reading of Surah Yassin, Sunat Hajat Prayer and ended with the Doa Kesyukuran. Present was Retired Lieutenant Colonel Haji Ramli bin Haji Abd Hadis, Deputy Chief Commissioner of PPNBD. The ceremony took place at the association's building in Kampung Beribi.
